BD ki-led the Parata culture and soul. Working at Parata has been a challenge since acquisition by BD. Constant leadership changes with clueless BD people stepping in to be the savior. Get out now if you can. The BD way and leadership is suffocating the people that want to do the right things for customers. It's too bad.

100% agree with the comment below. Leaders is BD means, no skill— neither technical nor functional. I could not tolerate that circus for more than 6 months.
Higher the levels you will go, lower the IQ will be. If people with lower IQ get promoted, they will be more arrogant and that is exactly BD’s issue . These id--ts do not even understand that they are id--t
Let me guess, these “leaders” are long time BD employee with practically no experience delivering anything meaningful? Or maybe someone buddy/son/daughter/ partner?

Every acquisition under Tom Has been a flop.. who the he-l buys a company with a consent decree? Or better yet bard with the mesh lawsuits ? Over 12 years later we are INCAPABABLE of integrating these acquisitions.. chaos everywhere .. process variation, technology variation .. we just can’t freakin do anything with consistency .. no one will put their foot down and say shut up you’re moving to this system or to this process tbe end.. bd leadership are weaklings too busy worried about how these acquisitions will fill their pockets .. the real pain and work will just be figured out by the peasants down below .. yup unfortunately this is the reality
Stakeholders should fire all till VP. Things will start working again. Haven’t seen any organisation where a dimwit can become VP, promotion in BD is a joke and hence you see what is happening with Parata. Same will repeat with Edward Lifesciences.
