Trimming? There won’t be just trimming. They are spending $7.7 billion dollars. The company is struggling. They would be fools to just keep things business as usual. There are going to be major changes. And major cuts across the board. There has to be and they are long overdue. All this jockeying for position going on right now with everyone trying to demonstrate how innovative and valuable they are. Does anyone really believe that Clearlake management can be fooled that easily?

The acquisition will go through, and chances are they will cut around the edges first, expect jobs to first go in USA and Canada first because of easier layoff laws.
Then the trimming will go through Europe.
If the acquisition goes thru - expect at least the bottom 20% of the company will be let go within 90 days.
How many? Or when?
