per AH - we were not as profitable as other SaaS companies and at the end of the day, the value of a business is profits. Investors want profitable businesses, we have to grow etc. Every company is going through this. 4%. "I hope to never ever do this again but the only way we can avoid this is to grow faster or become more profitable."
Comparison to peers.
Encouragement to execute through this.
More offshore hiring.
Not positioning for sale.
no more holiday party or picnic
Any more layoffs? 'I hope not'

if you read the actual RUS papers. If you die your shares vest at 1000% if you leave or terminated you get 50% of the value. So keep that in mind even with the stock at 25 dollars per share.

They gave the same severance package that they gave the last layoff in September. Four months salary.
