Great management,they sold Goshen for only small tip of 19 million.
..now as their business is on upswing ....
As with ATI and others before; let´s be happy for them they got a future now.
directors + their clan in upper management the problem.
Not CEO also CEO´s in the past weren´t the problem; only marionettes.

Judgement day is 10/28 be prepared for .....
In case company would have really interest on business continuity
would already made workforce attractive offers for being really a part of with some shares.
But too late, not even 1 penny i would invest here.
Main shareholders seems still happy
Feedstock supply insufficient/ not secured;
mostly not competitive; innovations poor; competent leaders too rare
So simply realization to close 6 plants + cuts in salary the results….
but glad to see bonus for them was safe + secured
further "things" to be divested to be announced soon...
Interesting that so many go out before dividend payment; going out before May 15th.
Let expect what next days have ready..........
