If we just make more PowerPoints everything will be OK.
frankly the downside in CSCO is pretty tame...did anyone think we were going to hold in the 60s?
A quick trip through the Google machine shows an average 12 month price target by entities that think themselves experts of $72.71 with a high of $80.00 and a low of $61.00.
CSCO missed big time with the Chennai plant, lack of investment in their "home" country, toxic focus on DEI, liberal ranting, silencing of differing options from concerned and conservative employees and investors.
Cisco makes half its revenue on licensing never ending streams of really broken software as a "software company." After more than 40 years Cisco still hasn't the slightest idea how to develop software which makes all the more recent changes you're whining about largely irrelevant.
The sad thing is even if the downturn is extreme leadership will still blame it on the economy and remain disincentivized to make the massive changes needed to right the ship.
