Thread regarding Truist Bank layoffs

TAS revolving door

How long are people staying on your audit teams? People are not even staying a year. Others are leaving at the year. The turnover is more than I have seen in audit and yet audit management is always flaunting look at all the people we hired. Try keeping people!!!!

HBBT here, before the merger we had a great Audit team, very consistent, seemed very knowledgeable and we had a very good working relationship. The merger happened and we had mostly the same auditors plus a few new hST, all seemed well. After the first year of TAS, none of those were still with the bank. Every interaction I have with TAS is with a new person. When I ask about “Susie” the answer is always the same “she is no longer with the bank”. I don’t know what is going on there but they can’t seem to keep teammates more than a year. Must be an awful group to work for.

99% of the things Audit audits don't need to be audited.
Just another example of made-up "lazy girl" jobs for useless eaters.
