If so, I surely hope that most managers will be gone. One can dream.

OP. Spoken like someone that’s been passed over for a management position. S$ck it Individual Contributor FOR LIFE.
I spoke to my uncle’s neighbor, who was a consultant in a leadership position who told me that only Towers employees are impacted by the layoffs. The network employees are safe for any mass layoffs through the transition. Network teammates are considered “assets” that are part of the deal. After that, all bets are off.
We need to let the EMT know how we feel and the turmoil these looming layoffs are creating. Anyone have suggestions on what steps we could take, I am thinking emailing EMT or trying to setup face to face meetings. We could also assemble outside offices at a specific time as a show of solidarity amongst coworkers,
I hope everyone keeps their jobs and Crown continues to hire. I have friends who would love to get paid for doing as little as possible and than posting on here their job stinks.
Wishing people to lose their job shows what kind of a person you are.
I hope they start axing remote managers and directors that have been at Crown over 20 years. They create zero value while standing in the way of promoting employees that bring value and leadership to our business. Some people in tower have been here forever and are clueless when it comes to technology!
you know if you aint happy with the way the company is going, you could always go find another job brudder
Losing all managers won’t make you su-k any less.
No, not a chance
