@ae+1jqvgg97m Not to mention the ridiculous amount of time OP has spent at work making up the list.

Fire OP first!

Oh wait, that's about to happen anyway. Nevermind.

This is a great example of the current culture of intel. How many hours were spent making lists to justify their existence then taking the time to grade themselves on perceived influence. All of this and never once realizing they have achieved zero progress in turning the ship around. Not to mention a lawsuit for lying to shareholders, putting out 2 generations of defective chips, missing every deadline in the last 7 years and having no actionable plan to compete with current technology. Fire every name on the list!

What did Justin miss to get 90%, not 100%?

Is this a joke or a post planted by Intel HR.

David Zinsner 125% - you must be joking. He gave quarterly guidance, I repeat quarterly, and missed it not once multiple times.

MJ, overrated, talk is cheap. She was Microsoft account VP, then became sales VP for client, the. Promoted to SVP of sales, then head of CCG all in a span of 9 years. Even after these jobs, she still complains we don’t listen to customers. Hello. You were supposed to listen to them as the sales lead. Some people are trying to bump her beyond her skill level here and on blind.

The rest of the ELT, improvement needed. Fire them

Kinda looking forward to the mass terminations of the excess fab headcount.

Then they will have something real to complain about, if their new employer is ok with them spending all day posting mindless trollery on the internet.
