I recently left the company and was able to be brutally honest in my survey with examples of the unethical management behaviors I witnessed. I would not have been honest were I to stay given I know three people that were retaliated against for honesty in their surveys. It is NOT anonymous. I feel for the good people left there but not for the top down, unethical management P66 MS inherited from DCP. Their sloppy Git-R-Done mentality is going to cost them in the near future. It blows my mind that P66 bought DCP and then was taken over by them. The low performing company.

Be honest but it won’t matter. It will all be explained away as a reaction to Elliott, the market as a result of tariffs, or as a reaction to the recent WEP reduction. They will ignore the connection to a deteriorating culture, lack of faith in the ELTs leadership, or tolerating the “brilliant je-ks” or immoral amongst us.

Retired, but refused to respond to the last one. My supervisor weeded out who in our group didn’t respond and asked me why I didn’t.

I said “What difference does it make, nothing changes”.

She said “I understand”. Glad I don’t have to respond.

I agree with the poster that provided honest feedback. I did the same- was very direct and honest on what I wrote. Management may do nothing with the feedback, but they will definitely do nothing if we don’t give it.

I participated and was brutally honest with my opinions. I included factual & historical examples and delivered in a humble, but constructive way. I know it won’t end up being anonymous and my feedback will likely lead to further retaliation by my “leadership.” However, I truly care about the company and thankful for the experience I have gained from working here. I would feel guilty if I didn’t give it one last push to try to influence positive change before I likely leave. Such a shame what this company has eroded to in the past few years. :/ I would encourage all to fill participate and be honest, factual and constructive.

I will give my honest feedback despite the fact it is not anonymous and not expecting anything from ELT all of them are tone deaf . We have done employee survey in 2023 what’s the outcome of it, same leadership exists what so different now and 2023 things have gotten much worse and glad to see fire under their seats from Elliott . Feels this survey is another way of ELT showcasing fake facade, we care about our Employees narrative .
