I applied for 2 roles at Voya, which were Marketing roles that I help at a prior firm. In each instance my application was declined on the same day I applied. I am at a loss on how this is remotely possible as I know my experience is a direct overlay on their job description. Furthermore, I never received an email decline. In both instances,I had to log into the job portal to see my status.
Is this common practice? Any insight would be great
