Boomer workers have the tribal knowledge. Not many left to educate the new generations and to have them ask the right questions to the boomers in management. Time for Intel middle management to move on.

DEI was completely a boomer initiative to sc--w over the Gen X angling for their positions. Millennials never had any power at Intel and still don't. DEI started under the boomers BK. The boomers were so scared of the Gen Xers outcompeting them they sabatoged them with DEI and immigration. Suddenly merit never mattered and it was all about using race and s-x to box out the Gen xers trying to advance.
It was a Boomer company, but it started to go downhill when the DEI Millenials came into management .
People used to be ranked by skill set - that’s Boomer mentality.
Now it’s DEI and that definitely isn’t a Boomer thing

We should be thankful and grateful to the boomers and retirees! They got us to where are today! Their life’s work amounted to where we are today!

The stupidest generations are those following the boomers. The stupidity index of younger people today is off the charts. They are about to pay an enormous price for that. I'll be munching popcorn, watching the 2008 level turmoil.
