The DEI Warriors i.e. People Leads in Signavio will never go, especially once they’re formally designated as development managers.

We could probably save many developers in return for getting these people out
In Signavio, half the product owners are asked to find another job. Developers will be targeted in the Q3 layoffs after the third party budget increase is approved to accommodate for their shortfall.
Aren’t the bulk of product folks in Germany?id imagine developers would see the signs on the wall when they are tasked to train new hires in LCOL locations.
