This company is simply not a well run company, they have so much turnover in leadership it is near impossible to complete a project with constant changing of priorities and pivots, management is known for their questionable hiring practices that includes preselected candidates and cronyism.

They change priorities and measurement criteria without understanding how it impacts productivity. Then, terminate for not meeting brand new requirements. Hiding behind HR that is either clueless, or colluding. Executives are not building a company. They are harvesting parts. Sadly, this is just a new change since COVID. They used to be better.
The executives run it like a chop shop. Discarding pieces who's value isn't obvious. Then wonder why experience declines with quality.
