Looks like late 2025 was a paper launch.

@e1... dream on, this company is not going to turnaround. LBT needed to hit the ground running with a Musk style reduction and change in direction on day one. LBT was not an outsider. He knew exactly what he was getting into since little had changed from when he left the board last August. This is just more of the same for Intel. Life at Intel is now a combination of declining revenue and margins, delayed products, delayed process, and as always plenty of layoffs.

This is the stupidest post, at least recently.

They are doing typical risk starts, which get released to production upon certification.

Nothing to see here (except more mindless trolling), everyone move along.

Seriously, I'm looking forward to the coming mass exodus. Let all those who spend their days trolling on this site go find another job. The stock will rally sharply due to the cost reduction and that should quiet down the stonk trolls for a minute or two.

in the meantime: "TSMC Starts Preparing For 1nm Production". I have to ask, are we deliberately trying to fail?

This is the effects of last year’s layoffs starting to show an impact. You can’t let that much experience leave voluntarily without expecting problems. Is the delay because of design issues or the result of 18A pushing out?

So no chips until next year. Intel has no way to compete this year at all.

I had to laugh. Anyone around long enough to remember the Intel "Breakaway" campaign?

This is what we do at Intel. Postpone, Delay, Postpone. Pack it up kiddos. It's over. Last one to leave please turn off the lights.

This is not a good sign on the second week of a new CEO - "The Intel Panther Lake CPU family was originally planned for launch in 2H 2025 but the Blue Team is now stating a 2026 launch."
