- If you are man in a support role or manager and were not an escrow officer or branch manager you most likely took a position from someone more qualified.
- Remember it is all about the relationships.
- If you achieve it is never about you remember never say I say we.
- Don’t ask questions or try to do the right thing, if you do then prepare to be careful what you wish for.
- Tell employees in conflict with each other that you can help then manipulate and antagonize the situation.
- You may be called a weasel but you can be the survivor.
