TCS is in complete chaos. It’s a total clown show with all the incompetent managers running around in panic, praying things will get better, no leadership. There is no such thing as planning, just knee je-k reactions to getting a contract from any customer. These days customers are being selective on who they are partnering with and TCS does not make the grade. So there are fewer and fewer contracts, leading to loss of revenue. There will be major layoffs this year, with the permanent loss of all the talent to competitors.
The only saving grace is customers are more sc--wed up than TCS
