Thread regarding Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) layoffs

What is the HPE layoff package?

I am relatively new to HPE. What is the standard layoff package? Any info appreciated.

I’m curious why there does not appear to be any early retirement programs this time. Typically see these about every 5 years. WFRs are more challenging to orchestrate because the role needs to eliminated. With early retirements, the role can be filled with promotions, laterals, etc.

Check the internal HR site. All of the info is there. For the vast majority it will be around 11 weeks of pay.
