tilak needs to go. His super app stinks. Recording hours in Clarity is a joke. If you can't get hours you just borrow from something else. Totally useless and pointless.
lol he was a contractor. The speaking skills and intelligence will remain in that range. Unfortunate reality of the leadership at CVS!
400 colleagues were brought on a call which had no clear Agenda.
For the first 20 mins no one knew what was happening. Is Tilak resigning or is he firing all of us, it was that bad.

It's the stupidest thing ever. Basically have the company charge itself for IT infrastructure and applications.
So if they don't pay, the coding doesn't get done? Or do we overestimate cost and hours or just be noncompliant to CMS .

Other Leader: "Do nothing without hours"
Another Leader: "Not getting work done without hours or funding is no excuse"
Peers that owns a task needed to complete my work: "No can do, I have no hours"
Me: "goes home and drinks bourbon until I throw-up"

There is nothing agile about CVS - just dump your work on another team if you don't want to do it
