Has anyone heard anything about support teams going away? Having a super small truck/fulfillment team and that is all? No support teams coming in much before store open? What about OVM/OOM roles? Yes, we already have the integrated selling but have separate support, fulfillment, etc. teams.

ISM was a complete s@#t show. Jeffy and his band of id--ts knew it and refused to switch it back because they want to admit they were wrong. Sloppy stores, markdowns not getting done, etc. and now they want to go back in time and fix it. Alot of good people were let go or just left because they hated the changes. Now what some stores are left with are people who are not trained or never wanted to learn the systems because getting credits and bronzes is so important. ISM was a stupid idea and I for one celebrate its demise
I'm sure that sales people will still be doing MDs in my store. Some are generally in early on Sunday's to do them along with the price/sign/merch team
@ad+1jqqaq191, this rumor is completely wrong. FOH support team will do merchandising, pricing/markdowns and signing. Company got the message that part of ISM expecting selling colleagues to do this was a huge failure.
Markdowns, pricing, signing moving to FOH, which will have staff added to it.- sales associates no longer expected to do any of that, but will do recovery though. Sales associates expected to sell, sell, sell.
BOH and Fulfillment combined in smaller doors
Our rumor was one fulfillment captain, 4 dock for truck, everyone else moves to sales side for markdowns etc. Told support doesn’t do those anymore. Not sure more details yet?
Dock and Fulfillment hours will be combined and the teams will be expected to help each other depending on what the workload is like. This already happens in my store. I'm the fulfillment captain and will assist with dock stuff /markdowns whenever the pick load allows. I'll have the fufillment team do the picks. Dock folks will help ship, pack easy stuff, and pick when needed. The team that does signing/pricing/merchandising is less than 5 and I believe those hours are being combined as 'FOH support' which I think includes the visual captain. Your captains get the weekly Corporate Communications email and the Star Memo was in there
Hmm how is the one person running the only register outside of ays jewelry beauty or backstage supposed to do 3000 markdowns and sign the sale for a whole floor ?
