Just found out that the document has been updated but I don’t see any difference in terms of the package

What does the NJ warn info in the appendix mean? Is that in addition the standard severance? If you are in NJ you get more severance than other states?
The policy says it was updated 4 days ago, but I have no idea what that update was.
