This is the second wave after last years restructuring. Not just QA. Not just Oak Street or Signify
Look there is an EO in place for mass deportation even if you ate hete legally.
Wake tf up. Medicare, Medicaid and the ACA are being gutted by the Feds...

Are more layoffs and restructuring coming for OSH and CVS ?
The transition into Workday has been a mess! I'd be surprised if they have this sorted out anytime soon to lay the correct people off lol.
It’s an incredibly large and highly unintelligent QA army in CVS. Some even have dev titles. Teams have only grown and 90% are still here because of their dirty body shop politics. You wish title change to SDET or SDE made them competent lol. It’s a title change not a magic spell. Don’t blame them though, such is the environment in CVS. Courtesy of TCS and the likes! Yikes 🤮
Following shift left the majority of the former QAs were gone during the 1st round of KLs layoffs
Our entire QA team is now SDET in arxonnect. With the shift left and working with devs here, I’ve realized they are mostly scammers who lied to get the job
Salesforce QA guys who were full-time have also been let go
QA isn’t really going away. Just getting rebranded as SDET. People get d-mber the longer they stay here. Don’t be mistaken- the devs at CVS are as smart as manual QA in other companies. The standards will keep going low with all the ex/contractors! So glad to be out of the sinking stinky ugly ship
Are contract employee’s also getting laid off ?
They did something at CVS called “shift left” where engineers should also test so no more WA needed.
Oak Street and Signify IT systems will soon be jeeted.
Same at Signify. At least all QAs. Not sure about others.
