To give the incompetent Indian executives a higher bonuses , there will be a massive TCS layoff in North America in the coming months. The layoff will target seniors and all white and older American employees. The layoff will be implemented using the IPF process in multiple steps
- everyone in North America is being given much lower IPF scores. This will enable HR to put more people on performance plans and be eventually fired for lack of job performance.
- The lower bands and IPF will not receive any bonuses this year to encourage attrition
- To speed up cost cutting and increase boot-licking manager bonuses , entire divisions will be consolidated with an expected 30% employee elimination rate.
- People will just be deallocated and fired (happens all the time in TCS)
This layoff is designed to reduce employee costs, improve worker productivity (with the threat of being fired) and increase the general threat of working faster to deliver faster results.
