Even after paying higher salaries to vendor teams, why they work so irresponsible? and why FTE leads not acting them? Why there is no proper escalation matrix designed for vendors.? Citi is the only place where vendor team ruling and ignoring FTE guidelines and once this Vendor team leaves, FTE is the one who is answerable to this Vendor teams work. It’s all mess. It also part corruption done by some of Leads and Directors?
