middlemen jobs and jobs where you advise humans who have to physically do their own work will go to AI

Pile of cr-p, lots of it incoming to your office for a few roepies more.
Finance, IT and some technical stuff like reservoir modeling and WRFM.
After Mumbai it's all AI. Time is short in the back office and front office. Plan accordingly. 3-5 years tops
There's nothing wrong with moving IT jobs to India right now. Unless the US employees at Shell, Chevron, and Exxon care about removing nepotism, networking, and feminism from their organizations and the country in general, I could care less if jobs get offshored or replaced by digital labor. Too many US staff in these organizations want us to look out for them while they never look out for their fellow Americans.
