What is the statisof DoJ lawsuit?
Is there a timeline for the lawsuit and acquisition?
If the acquisition fails due law suit, does HPE needs to pay $800M to JNPR?
What will JNPR do with this money? Are they obligated to distribute this to the shareholders?

There's a date set for first half of July. It's public, zero insights required to establish that.
Useless to speculate what it means and what the odds are on the DOJ changing its old verdict (utter nonsense as it is). What /DOES/ matter is charging ahead to score the results the product portfolio deserves.
Stand by for important news!
Not just Rami - I feel sick how many execs are creaming millions out of Juniper, meanwhile hiring awful C-suite people and worse VP's ... and ki-ling the company. I cannot even bother to talk about the culture. That died years ago.

True. Rami wants his payday whether it when HPE buys Juniper or takes it out of the $800M and you employees get nothing
I need to know the future price of any of the stocks I’m interested in
I need to know what the weather will be tomorrow
I need to know why my favorite bagel place closed last year
I also need to know why some people want others to provide answers to them when they are too lazy to do their own research
That $800M probably ain’t gonna go to shareholders.
Jesus, you could have found those answers from reliable sources in the same time it took you to ask random strangers on the internet. If your (lack of) initiative is indicative of the caliber of Juniper employees, it is little wonder the workforce is in the shape it's in right now.
Bother yourself to read the news, not ask others to do it for you.
