@ag, I can't imagine how any reasonable person would come to that conclusion. The only "change" Christy is an agent of is getting rid of white heteros-xual males over 40. For years she has pushed Intel to hire DEI candidates, while happily ignoring qualifications, experience, and passion. She is one of the reasons Intel is in the position its in. When your primary criteria for hiring isn't merit, you torpedo things like morale & results. We should hire the best & brightest, regardless of where they come from, what s-x they are, or what they look like. But Christy's political agenda won't allow for that. As long as she's running HR, Intel will have a tough time getting anywhere.

I left Intel HR in 2024. I needed a break and took the package. My opinion is Christy is the right HR leader for Intel right now. She is a change agent, smart, reasonable…..it is what LBT needs right now…….with that being said, I feel she needs some new external senior hr talent to help her. But she is the right person.
