As they should be treated at any men's club if they are worthy of the dollar bill. (Yes, I went there)
they delete anything that touches the truth/reality only humor posts are allowed.
As a straight white guy I have a very long list of incompetent men in those same positions who were protected even more than the one woman manager I encountered at Cisco. The same goes for individual contributors and higher level management. I've worked at companies big and small and Cisco's incompetence is unrivaled.
