Thread regarding Charles Schwab Corp. layoffs

Incompetence wins

The majority of so-called managers at Schwab couldn’t lead their way out of a paper bag. Always quick to throw the team under the bus when their own terrible calls blow up. Feels like working with a bunch of clueless kids, and I’m truly too old for this nonsense.

Too many cooks in the kitchen. Each manager with less than 10 people, sometimes half so they can micro-manager everyone.

Well if WB has a new job then he was ousted but painted the picture like he retired - what a sham

Who continues to complain after bonuses are paid? A loser.

A person who's enduring less than ideal working conditions for their pay check. A person who's considering switching companies and even industries in order to have a better work life than exists at Schwab.
