Very interesting and thanks for the information. Sounds similar to what is going on at Monmouth Mall now. I agree something has to be done at that mall property. Wonder if a small format Macys would ever be considered there as part of a going forward plan. Being that Macys/Bambergers has been there since 1970.

@dt+1jqg0g1ea The new mall owners are closing in on acquiring both Macy's and JCPenney buildings so they can start the redevelopment plan by summer 2026.

@dt+1jqg0g1ea The mall is going to be redeveloped into a mixed-use lifestyle center. Neither Macys or JCPenney are included as part of the redevelopment.

Please expound on this information. I know this site very well as a vendor. Would like to know more as to what they plan for Brunswick Square. Route 18 there is a lot of work going on.
