Just caught wind of more layoffs hitting Crown next month – not sure how solid the source is though. Anyone else hearing these rumors or able to shut them down? Wouldn’t be shocked either way at this point.

Agreed. It would be different if they were surrounded by managers that could grow them but they're not. It's inexperienced managers training inexperienced managers. It has gone on so long that the majority of mgmt has never had any experience other than Crown. Add a non existent HR dept and disaster ensues. We haven't had HR in 10/12 years.
The problem with "managers" at Crown is that they have no actual management experience. Random people are made "managers" that have no management degree, have never managed anyone and have no idea how to manage direct reports. They do not know how to fill out evaluations (i.e., what is appropriate and not appropriate), they have no idea what steps to take to either promote or demote. I often wonder wtf my manager is thinking.

They need to clear 4 outta 5 mgrs and up out of shared services. That's about the % that are only there due to nepotism. They're threatened by outside experience and knowledge and w/o a doubt an anchor around Crowns neck. Add in their exorbitant salaries and they need to go.

Crown should get DOGE involved to clean up the corruption, fraud, waste, and abuse.
This is a fact, large order of FeEx labels and boxes for shipping computers were just received along with boxes for personal items to give to employees. This is very similar to what took place last round of RIP. Remote employees will receive packages first, remote employees are low hanging fruit that provide the lease value and minimal business impact.

Although they might not be in April they are coming, u can sit here and whine & moan and b about people that bring the news here but again this is called layoffs.com's you f** mo--ns.

Very legitimate, I heard a VP discussing deep cuts today on a conference call, they will review how long you have been with CC and start with older legacy employees. This hurts folks who have built the company.
