BoD is negotiating packages with David Goeckler if San Disk get sold or spined off. In other words, either way DG will be super rich. Golden Parachute secured with active job as CEO. The Cisco management team will turn WD into dirt. I really hope both WD and SanDisk get sold to some other companies and fire these executives, but these executives are smart that they are prepared with Golden Parachutes.

What happened at the exec meeting in the SSD org today? Anybody have any info? Was it pertaining to any potential layoffs?

I heard these will all be done before Thursday all hands but that this could resume after the new year. Basically the patient is bleeding and it's time to start removing nonvital functions.
