If that doesn't go as planned, more cuts will likely follow. I'm really sorry that we all have to go through this. These are tough times, and the stress is overwhelming.

They are doing this as a soft layoff tactic. Whatever you do, make them fire you. Don’t resign because you won’t get leave with pay and a severance package. You milk them for every last cent. That is your sweet revenge.
