Thread regarding Texas Instruments Inc. layoffs

You've got this

I’ve been through my share of layoffs over the years, and I know how rough it can feel in the moment. But here’s the thing - nearly everyone I know who went through it ended up better off, whether it was a new opportunity in the field or a career pivot. It’s okay to be frustrated, but don’t let it shake your confidence. You've got this.

Great post.

Also a good time to mention - if you don't have a backup plan, make one. Always be paying attention to what's out there. Do as well as you can while you can, because there will be people out there who notice and will bring you straight into another company when they are in such a position.

This takes away incredible amounts of stress and the feeling of being a prisoner to an employer.
