Expect 1-2 months for the companies to recalibrate their hiring and cost preservation (layoff) strategy after Trump tariffs start to take their toll on the global markets and companies bottomline. Companies are already $#!TTING bricks and expect big layoffs in the coming weeks and months! Sad but true we are moving towards a recession and a subsequent economic depression and SAP wouldn't be spared like its stocks value.

A lot in service delivery got hit. 1-2 per team at least.

I thought they promised last year that the restructuring was final for a while? Empty promises I guess.

I can't believe more Partner Success, Marketing, and Enablement positions are getting hit. Last year they took a brutal beating, now more? Sorry for folks in those positions!

Signavio brought a lot of horrible cr-p into SAP including the toxic work culture, mental & physical harassment by their design managers and design leads - Sebastian K, Felix H, Maciej S. Many female employees had to go through trauma, discrimination, and harassment, ultimately being forced to leave due to the lack of action taken against these a$$h0le$.

DEI staff in Signavio (called People Leads) were moved to Development Manager positions recently. These are non-technical colleagues who only have „coaching“ and „diversity“ skills. I’m not opposed to DEI but it’s clear that SAP will change its stance in Germany too. The people most affected are the technical architects and developers who now have to report to these non-technical coaches. All of this is being done under the guise of harmonised product operating model. Product Owners and developers who are disagreeing with these changes are being asked to look for other opportunities within Signavio or to consider leaving. Imagine when you get a 2,4% appraisal as a high performing developer and you now have a new non-technical DEI manager with zero business and engineering knowledge who got a 5% appraisal because they had a „role change“ and will undergo some upskilling training. Who decides the growth pathways and modules for the upskilling training? People Leads themselves. There’s a shift from having higher headcount to having more third party resources now because they don’t have the same rights and full time employees. This is deplorable but this is what Signavio brought into SAP.

Layoffs in Signavio to be announced in coming weeks. Currently there are conversations taking place with impacted individuals.
