Positioning SAP Business Suite Certification

Anyone who has failed their first attempt and re-taken the test, is it the same test or are there different questions?

Here's an idea: make sure you're thoroughly familiar with everything you need to know, in order to pass with a solid score.

Then it won't matter if the questions include or don't include those which were asked of you the first time you took the test, and failed.

You're either willing to do what it takes to be definitely prepared to pass, or you're not. Simple as that. If you know the material, you'll pass. If you don't, you won't.
DUH!

If it is classified by SAP as a “high stakes refereed exam” and follows a scaled scoring process - like PMI or ASCM/APICS etc., then questions (aka items) have to be selected from a pool into the exam. Just like ACTIVATE exams.
