I find it ironic how some of you come on here loudly toting the company line, telling people to “just quit” if they don’t like the RTO policy bragging about your work ethic and how you’re going to grind it out. Yet here you are, lurking on a layoff site, preaching nobility while participating in the very thing you claim to rise above.
You talk like you’re shaping the culture, but let’s be honest unless you’re in upper leadership (and even then, who knows), you’re not changing a thing. Dell is setting the culture, not you. Your performative chest-beating and smug comments aren’t helping anyone. They’re just noise.
