Our team is always getting stuff sent to us that doesn't fall into scope about what my team should be doing. Then if we try to decline they wine and cry. I just want to reply back to these people and say stop being a lazy smuck!

Sounds like you need to be doged
CVS has had innumerable experts giving suggestions on creating sanity (quality service and product customers want and are willing to pay CVS’s prices for).
Every f*cking time the leadership proves unwilling to display the courage and humility to learn and work as hard as the rank and file to enable the kind of change needed and the culture to sustain it. Source: my job working to accomplish these goals with pukes that kissed their boss’s nether regions instead of listening to the colleagues doing the job daily.

We don't need more ready, fire, aim DOGE madness - we have enough of that already. We need intelligent leaders and decisions. We need to do things that help patients, that help customers, that help providers. We need to stop doing stupid cr-p that simply wastes time, money and energy. Do we really need 20 people in every single meeting. We do need to simplify.
