Will tariffs affect Dell? Are the Chinese made parts imported by Dell subject to tariffs yet?

Or as someone mentioned in another thread, the jobs that are moving outside the US, perhaps? If you want to start talking about job losses, let's discuss that.
Given that a lot of the software development work is being done in India, surely Trump should apply tariffs to software as well?
Chinese made computers imported into the US are subject to Trump's tariffs. The additional 10% tariff on all imports from China, took effect in February of this year. Does Dell swallow that 10% and not pass it on to customers? If they do, they probably need to make up the 10% loss from somewhere else within the business. It goes to a bottom line that is already razor thin on margin. More job losses?
