What's happening with this, is it sales only?
Is the relocation voluntary , as in can you just stay remote ?

Not typing that whole letter... here is the short version.
The reason: because of the collaboration and real time problem solving on the sales floors in RR and Nashvile are epic and wonderful
Who? U.S. Global Sales and Services sales team members
It's 100% optional
You must be remote in workday after the Marcn 3rd updates.
You must be in the global sales or sales services org.
You must be US based
You need to complete the form by April 30th and will find out if you are approved on May 14th. If approved you get your stipend 30days before your move.

Correct. It is totally voluntary and it's within the sales organization. The email has come from sales.hr@dell com. It's not just sales receiving it but also the support teams who support Premier/sales.
