About to accept a job based in the EU. Got RA-ed in my previous company so a bit hesitant once I saw a few posts on here. What's the general opinion of Skyhigh these days?

laggard technology stack with continuous restructuring and layoffs, join if anxiety is your cup of tea!
Positive: restructuring under Vishal receives positive internal commentary and support. Same CEO for both, Trellix and Skyhigh, as both are the same company anyway. Technology in parts very solid and state of the art. Pockets of great employees everywhere!
Negative: lots of legacy customers with on prem focus. Extremely niche and no relevance in market. Often displaced or nor considered. Last years was first in 3 years where folks got a bonus as before they did meet the company goals. Skyhigh isn‘t a company - it‘s a brand and totally depends on Trellix employees and teams for core corporate functions - lot‘s of politics!
Sudden rifs are typical for both, Skyhigh and Trellix.
Summary: certainly worth staying for a short while to see if growth continues or declines. Might be a good chance for some solid money in case of success! However, negotiate a high base income, as bonus is questionable. Technology is good in general, however products might be below average customer expectation due to late and slow development.
Out of the blue changes in employment status are normal.
If you like working for a company that does regular lay offs then it's the place for you!!
