WFH flexibility days per month?

Anyone have insight into the number of wfh flexibility days you can use per month?

I had originally heard two but now are hearing other groups are being told that they can use more....

We need sh-t in writing. All the bullsh-t rule dropping seems to be word of mouth. Nothing concrete or in writing WTF is wrong with this place. Get your fu---n act together!!!

If it’s not on paper or email, it’s at whatever they want.

SVP was asked this and avoided the question entirely and just told a story about how office collaboration is the key that solved a problem they were having because they decided to talk about it on their lunch time in the lunchroom.. lol

Best rule to abide by: If you are needed, they can bend rules. If expendable, everything counts against you. And the expendables are larger than you imagine; not because it’s true, but because the C-suite does not recognize how their own company works. From VP down, they imagine anyone can take your job and fulfill it. Knowledge is not an asset. Not here.

In reality anyone can take over the C-suite position. Lie, fire, mismanage, ki-l morale. That’s easy mode. Now ask them how what is the protocol for each processor and why they all differ. They are prepared for saying we care about clients and we need to be in office, but next Q&A, ask them a simple question of mapping out a transaction specific to the team they have oversight on.

It depends on the business unit/manager. Sales is a free-for-all. Lots of flexibility there as they are supposed to be out on client visits 4-6 times a week.

The Workday process for requesting a WFH day counts as an in the office day for the full amount required by your grade.

I have not heard a hard and fast rule. I have only heard do not make it a habit where you request WFH every Friday

You work at Fiserv. You can assume different rules for different groups, and different rules for the people within the group.

We were given a link to submit WFH, but we weren't given an allotment of days to use per month. Plus, with the damn badge reports and 9 hours in office mandate, it might count against you.

I’ve been told it’s zero, and it all goes against you on the badge report.

Who the fu-k knows though, it’s gaslighting left and right in this place.
