It’s been confirmed and already in the lower level press announcements that the ICE devision of Homeland Security Investigations has starting looking in abuses of the H1-B program by TCS.
It is well known TCS abuses the H1-B visa program to get Indian workers to displace hard working US citizens and all the TCS senior managers are complicit in these RICO crimes.
Hope TCS finally gets caught and has to pay stiff fines for their ongoing abuses.
It’s about time.
