Apart from the VLP shtshw (which is not voluntary and it was clear the "right" people would go while the "chosen ones" will stay), now this disgrace of a company decided to pay the bonuses randomly....
Contracts do not matter anymore, no professionalism, laws do not matter, is like the wild west.
Keep the lawsuits coming.

Glad to see the haters, so the wolves in sheep clothing coming out as anonymous here. This only describes the current culture this company has and the atmosphere.
For 9 years I have seen people not getting their bonuses because their line managers did not bother to click and close their performance standards. That meant weeks and months of chasing hr to get it solved or ultimately going to lawyers cause it took too long.
There are always excuses: line manager left the org, there is a problem with the system, etc.
And there will be people who got the bonus who have 0 empathy for those who didn't and cannot understand the frustration. If it did not happen to you it does not mean it did not happen at all.
So give people their hard worked money! Bills need to be paid and kids fed.

Are you on dr-gs? The post is vague and simply not true. I mean did you file a lawsuit? Did you go to work and performed? Because if you did your bonus would be paid. I mean just say what really happened because this sounds bad

If PS was not closed should the employee suffer? What is Hr doing ? And the l*me line managers? Or are they busy saving themselves?
I advise anybody wanting to join this company not to do it. The stress with basic processes is not worth it.
Yeah OP not sure what you’re talking about… bonuses were paid out this year.. and quite nicely at that vs years past. Did you get a bad PS rating or smtg..?
I’ve just gotten 160% of my bonus target payout. did you post this on the right company page?
LOLOLOL WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN? I’ve been at adidas since 2007 and they paid bonus full out less times than I can count. So many moments especially in the last 7 years.
