Very tricky move. Changing the rewards date to Q3 helps managers identify deadwood including themselves to do a multi-level trim.

Reward will be done in phases is a known thing at intel from December to all the employees , if you don’t know either you are sleeping or are completely disconnected from work at Intel ,
