Don't panic yet - wait until Q2 alignment happens. If you still aren't seeing the projected work by the end of the year, then yes, raise a red flag.

Depends on what your work is. This was happening on the navihealth home health side in 2023 and 2024. We just lost that department and all will be laid off 3/31. If your department is the recipient of the overflow, you're probably fine. If not, polish that resume.
