My brand-new manager from Amazon is the worst. He makes an effort to oversee my work and me. The other day, he proposed that I implement something in a different method, but there was nothing superior about his approach; he simply wanted it implemented his way. We debated this for a while. He doesn't understand Apple culture either, and anytime he suggests doing something similar to what Amazon does, I have to restrain myself from scowling.
