Will there be more layoffs? Where does it stop?

2023 has started. Round of layoffs happening at Blackbaud starting today. Many 20+ year and high salaries folks getting told they are laid off beginning March 1. Company not what it use to be.
Well, the product is old and outdated. Where does growth come from? The acquisitions?
