Those in the know, know there are multiple cases of employee fraud. Even those that are known. Imagine those that are not yet known.
This is an utter and abject failure of internal controls. Which is inevitable when all the good people have either left or been laid off.
And this Maverick thing will exacerbate the situation. Who in their right mind changes from S4 SAP to a "new ERP" 2 years after changing to S4 from Oracle?
Like people in RR2 walking out with snacks and not paying for them?
My previous manager texted me a bunch till I sent my computer back. She had to tell IT to send me a box 4 times because they just didn't. It was crazy. IT doesn't care about recovering the laptops but I think our managers get a charge back or penalties when we dont return them. Cause she was all over me for returning it asap
the biggest fraud is when dell lay's off tons of people then doesn't do a good job of recovering employee laptops and phones.
I'm one of them, left and decided not to return my 3 laptops cause I still had personal info on the hard drives, 2 days before I was scheduled to leave my acct was disabled...locked out.
so I just put the laptops in my basement figuring eventually dell would come calling...
nope they are still there, multiple this my the tens of thousands of others like me.
