Just got word today that 30 or so customer service level 1 agents are getting laid off. This is at a company with an awful reputation for customer service.

the company is got broken. The cost of IT has become too large. The cost of IT was much lower so the customers paid less per month for internet with low speed. Most customers don't use the high speed at all. IT is going to force customers outside to other internet companies
