This raise is a slap in the face to our hard work. I bet the CEO got a much higher raise.
Fu-k you and fu-k this.

What’s a number you guys would be happy with?
Ask Paul Harrington why Medtronic let him go? May you’ll get a bigger raise to keep quiet.
Poor Brian only got $49 worth of Everyday Wins points (see post @a4+1jq9db9te below).
Looks like his peers don't value his work very much...
Bryan is just a (very) wealthy lapdog for an extremely wealthy Nelson Peltz. Sad to say that the promise of his appointment is now in sorrows. What next? Tireman joining the SOLV board?
The luster is officially off. 800 layoffs for the holidays (pitched as Solventum Way?), $40M comp for the CEO, and 2.25% raises for the masses. Pretty sure that’s not a year too celebrate for the masses, but hey, we’re founders, so we’ve got that going for us.
Looks like the CEO of Solventum has a new nickname – Gordon – as in Gordon Gecko!
Just remember his motto “Greed is good. Greed is right.”
They are going to be losing more top talent. Benchmarked against medical device companies?? This isn’t even benchmarked against 3M.
Perhaps they don’t care?
Congrats to Bryan. That’s a great gig if you can get it. He’s doesn’t even have to do all the work himself - Nelson Peltz and team are there to help call the shots.
Same here. I’m tired of it. So much for being the best and preferred place to work.
$40M, no wonder he slashed and burned in December 2024. If he didn't, his payout would have been less than $10M.
I was happy with mine. Nearly pushed me into the next tax bracket.
Listen here, and listen good: the game is rigged. If you aren’t making these types of moves, your god quite obviously thinks you’re garbage. Jesus loves money, power, and those with both. Our society reflects his obsession with gaslighting people about the acquisition of material goods.
Do you have any idea how fat Jesus has gotten in the last 2000 years? A slovenly, shameful character, if ever there was one.
Bryan only made $40 million last year. I hope he can get by on such a small amount.
